EMF Global ("EMF", "we", "our", "us") operates a private business intelligence and execution platform accessible at emfglobal.com and associated subdomains. We provide marketing analytics, financial dashboard services, and strategic advisory capabilities to registered business clients.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Data: Name, business name, email address, and encrypted password when you or your account manager creates your portal account.
• Financial Data: Revenue figures, overhead costs, marketing spend, and bank balance figures you voluntarily enter into the Financial Hub. This data is used solely to generate your personal dashboard analytics.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features accessed, session timestamps, and device/browser metadata collected automatically for platform security and improvement.
• Communication Data: Messages sent through our support portal or via our public contact forms.
• Payment Data: Subscription billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never store raw card numbers — only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

• Provision and operate your intelligence portal and associated analytics dashboards

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your financial inputs for any purpose other than generating your own dashboard analytics.

All client data is stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL databases hosted on AWS infrastructure. Financial metric data is encrypted at rest. Sensitive operations are protected by Row-Level Security policies ensuring no client can access another client's data.

Uploaded files (reports, PDFs, spreadsheets) are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets. Access requires a cryptographically signed URL with a defined expiration window.

We maintain an immutable system audit log recording all sensitive actions (data modifications, file uploads, account tier changes) with timestamps and IP addresses.

5. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

EMF Global is a multi-tenant platform serving multiple business clients simultaneously. We implement strict technical controls to ensure complete data isolation:

• Database Row-Level Security (RLS) policies preventing cross-tenant data access
• Separate storage paths per client for all uploaded files
• Session validation on every server request confirming role and identity
• Audit logging for all cross-tenant administrative operations

We retain your account and associated data for the duration of your active subscription plus 12 months. Financial metric entries may be retained for up to 7 years to satisfy accounting record requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting Emf.inquiries@gmail.com.
